Reiki Energy Healing for Animals
for chronic pain or illness; recovery from surgery or injury; emotional issues, such as fear or aggression; age-related physical problems; end-of-life issues
Sessions are conducted across distance and include Animal Communication.
To set up an appointment: Contact me by email or phone to set up an appointment and explain the problem (chronic illness or pain; recovery from surgery; emotional issues, such as fear or aggression; end-of-life issues, and so on). You may send me a photo or just describe your animal companion.
The session: I will work with your animal companion from my office, while your animal companion remains in the security and comfort of her or his own home. I have found that healing sessions for animals are much more profound when conducted in this way.
I will work over the seven primary chakras (crown, third eye, throat, heart, solar plexus, spleen, root) as well as the muscular-skeletal system (spine, ribs, legs, feet, and so on).
I will also ask your animal companion any questions that you would like answered, and I will listen to concerns and comments that the animal brings up on her or his own.
The session lasts from 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the situation and the animal. (Some animals draw in the Reiki more quickly than others; some animals speak at more length than others.)
After the session: When the session has been completed, I will either call you to discuss it or I will email you a transcript, whichever you prefer.
Cost for the session: The cost, including our initial emails or conversation, the session itself, and the post-session discussion or transcript is $75. Discounts are available for multiple animals.
I accept Visa or MasterCard. I accept checks if I receive them at least one week prior to the session.

Animal Communication
Full-length readings are conducted across distance and include Reiki Energy Healing (above).
Mini-readings (15 minutes) are conducted in person and are available for group readings at your barn, home, or club.
Full-length readings
To set up an appointment: Contact me by email or phone to set up an appointment for a reading and briefly explain the issue you would like me to address with your animal companion. You may give me a list of questions if you like. These questions serve as the starting point for my conversation with your animal. You may send me a photo or just describe your animal.
The reading: I will work with your animal companion from my office, while your animal companion remains in the security and comfort of her or his own home. I have found that healing and communication sessions for animals are much more profound when conducted in this way.
While many communicators work with your animal while at the same time speaking with you on the phone, I find this approach distracting. I am able to receive much deeper readings when I am alone with your animal because all of my attention is focused on your animal. I can also more easily and effectively channel Reiki to your animal if it is needed.
The reading lasts from 30 to 40 minutes, depending on the situation and the animal. (Some animals speak at length; with others, the information is delivered to me all at once, like a wave or avalanche; with others, I receive the information through physical sensations.)
After the reading: When the reading has been completed, I will either call you to discuss it or I will email you a transcript, whichever you prefer.

Mini-readings
These readings are available for groups of eight or more. I will travel to your barn, home, or club. Readings are approximately 15 minutes long and include a hand-written transcript, which you receive at the end of the session.
The cost is $25 per reading.
I may charge a modest travel fee for locations in excess of 35 miles from my location. (This will depend on the distance and the number of animals I will be working with.)

Sessions for dogs, cats, and other small animals can take place in my Woodstock, IL, office or your home.
Cost is $75 in my office.
There is an additional charge for travel to your home.
Sessions for horses are $90 and include travel to your barn
within a 35-mile radius. There is an additional charge for travel
outside this radius. Discounts are available for multiple horses per barn
(three or more).
Sessions can also be conducted across distance. Cost is $75.

Sessions are conducted across distance; in my Woodstock, IL, office; or in your home or hospital room.
Sessions across distance last approximately one-half hour. At the end of the session, we can speak by phone or email about the session.
Cost is $65.
Hands-on sessions last from one hour to one hour and a quarter.
Cost is $75 in my office.
There is an additional charge for travel to your home or hospital room.

Reiki Practice Sessions
These practice sessions are for individuals who have already been attuned to at least Level I Reiki.
They are designed to refresh, strengthen, or expand your skills.
You can choose to practice with humans, animals, or both.
Sessions with horses can take place at your barn or mine.
Individual and group sessions are available.
